He has 15 years of enterprise development experience creating custom software and multimedia content for several Fortune 500 companies and international brands. As a software engineer he has created a collective of innovative software, web mobile and IoT solutions to effectively save time and money. Marshall Technology aims to provide their consumers access to world-class software development with a trusted technology partner.

Carly Larson Solome | COO

Carly Larson Solome, COO of Marshall Technology, LLC has a 15-year background in technology project/program management and consulting. Her career path has also focused on inclusion and diversity advocacy which led her to pursue a PhD in psychology. With the encouragement and strategic support of her former employer, Carly decided to take her talents and industry relationships and launch Marshall Multimedia Technology (MMT) a Software Development company and Creative Technology Center here in Kansas City.
